Celebrating Neverending White Lights for ‘Collaboration of the Year’

Our good friend Daniel Victor of Neverending White Lights has been nominated in the Best Collaboration category together with well-known Toronto rapper D-Sisive at the 13th Annual Sirius XM Independent Music Awards for their work on “Don’t Turn The Lights Out.”

Victor, an award-winning producer and multifaceted recording artist, is critically acclaimed for working with many high profile artists including City & Colour, Our Lady Peace, 311, Hot Hot Heat, Finger Eleven, LIGHTS and Melissa Auf der Maur, just to name a few. With influences ranging from new wave to indie-rock, Victor hones a musical genre that is best known as pop/noir, which he channels into the track.

Victor and D-Sisive have synthesized their respective musical worlds into what Exclaim.ca calls “a slice of hip-hop melancholia,” provided with visuals produced by The NE Inc. and directed by RT!

D-Sisive – 3-time Juno nominee – featured the single “Don’t Turn The Lights Out” on the deluxe version of his album Run With The Creeps.
